Refunds / Returns / Exchanges.
Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority and in the rare event of a problem we will make every effort to sort it out promptly. If you do have an issue please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will ofcourse adhere to all selling laws of England and Wales. Sorry but we cannot accept returns simply because you 'changed your mind' - all sales are final and all items are supplied on a 'sold as seen' basis. Refunds or replacements will only be given in exceptional circumstances (where a product is deemed faulty or not as described) In these cases we will (at our discretion) send a replacement, offer an alternative item or issue a full refund. However if a problem arises that is our fault we are more than happy to re-compensate the customer.
